Animal Abuse ALERT

Sorry guys, I know I haven't updated in a very long time, but I need you all to do something for me. As you all know, Animal Abuse is illegal, and wrong, and when it happens you need to notify the ASPCA, or another legal authority. This video needs to be reported to both Youtube, and the ASPCA. Please help out by reporting it, this poor cat deserves better.

(In several instances the poor feline is seen trying to get away, and his owner simply bashes its head against the buttons of his guitar controller for the sake of his video and guitar hero score.)

He abuses the same cat in a few of his other videos as well.

I like these sheets very much, they're inexpensive and they do the job! They work just as well as more expensive brands, and that's important to me as I have skin that practically seeps greasy oil which is disgusting! One thing I wish was different is the feel. They feel papery to me, and a bit stiff on my skin.

I use these powder puffs with my Sassaby, Physician's Formula, and elf pressed powder and their very good for their price. Personally, I wish that they were maybe a little bit thicker or easier to clean (As I reuse fabric puffs). I kind of hope that elf will start selling a wide variety of puffs and sponges like NYX offers. Other than that, they're pretty good, I'd stock up.

I got these tweezers with my first elf haul and was not disappointed, These babies are even better than a pair of slant tweezers my mom got from a department store for 30 something dollars, no she's mad she didn't listen to me when I told her about elf. Honestly though, they're amazing, I've never had a problem with using them and they get every hair! You need to have these tweezers!

I ordered doubles of all of the sets as Christmas gifts for my friends and for the most part, I was disappointed. The candy cane gloss set is probably the best in ways of value, as it's the regular Hypershine lip gloss from the dollar line, and it comes in Vixen, Pink Swirl, and Princess. They're good colors, and good quality. My problem was with the others. The lip balm set was too-stiff, non-pigmented, and they smelled bad! Same with the Lip Gloss tins. I had hoped they would be the same formula and as wonderfully scented as the Candy Shop lip tins. However, they were stiff, badly scented, and very similar to the bad quality of the Dessert Shop lip tin from the Sugar Kiss line. The flavored lip gloss wasn't much better, it looked okay on my lips, but it didn't smell good, and there wasn't much pigmentation. Overall, the ONLY one I would recommend is the candy cane gloss set, the others were a huge let-down for myself, and elf.

AbraCadabra Vacation!

Hey guys, sorry for the long delay, but here's the long awaited post (If I have any readers that is...) on my vacation time in Kiowa at my aunt's alpaca ranch! I'm a bit of a procrastinator, so that's why it didn't get updated so quick... Anyways, I'm going to try to stay blogging during my freetime to give you all some entertainment and information for the holidays. So, let's kick these things off with some pretty pictures! :)




Here's a snapshot of my aunt's pretty girl Mariah. She's a sweet llama, with a few exceptions. Mariah's only nice when she wants to be...



Here's the proof. Anyways, she's a pretty little thing huh? She's got a barrel cut I believe, and she looks a bit like an exotic deer when she runs. My favorite little llama baby happens to be ironically, Boom Baby - Boom for short. Here's a picture:



I love to hug the poor dear to death, and I miss her SO much now that I'm back in hot hot HOT California. Ugh, of course I, a cold weather person, would end up in one of the hottest states in the US. X3 It's alright though, evil snowmen won't be breaking and entering our house! 8D Anywaaaays, I'm feeling lazy again. I'll make it up to you all tomorrow though, and I WILL publish my goings on in Kiowa, promise. If I don't you can all spam me.

e.l.f. Products

As many of you may or may not know, e.l.f. is a very affordable brand of makeup that's great for today's economy, but I know many of my friends come and say things like, "Okay, every thing's a dollar...what's wrong with it?" I find this funny because e.l.f. makeup is actually very high quality, so why is it a so cheap? Let me explain. e.l.f. or eyeslipsface is a company that does all it's packaging, labeling, and such in one place, versus the more expensive companies like Revlon or MAC that ship their products everywhere and anywhere for that sort of service. Also, putting aside how expensive it is to ship all of that, e.l.f. packages their makeup in the most basic packaging they can, durable, but cheap. Not that their containers are ugly, or break easily, it's just they won't be as attractive as say, the neat design Urban Decay puts their primer potion in. I personally think their packaging is better than some I've seen, and their makeup is amazing. I have stocks of it in my makeup box, and I use it often. My favorite has got to be their limp plumper, it's amazing, BEST LIMP PLUMPER I HAVE EVER HAD! So good in fact, my mom steals it on a daily basis and I have to hunt for it when I want to use it. Also, their brushes are marvelous. I got a studio kabuki brush from them in my first haul, and it's the most amazing thing! It's soft, pretty, and easy to handle, I use it to apply their mineral booster, which I highly recommend. My sister- who is an aspiring makeup artist- likes it as well, and after seeing my stash, she's now a regular costumer. I have to say out of e.l.f., the only products I've had that I didn't like were all concealers. Their concealers aren't very good at all, which is bad for me because I have horrible under eyes. I ordered their mineral concealer, the tone correcting concealer, and their under eye concealer and highlighter. None of them worked well for me, but I do have something good to say about one of their concealer products. I got an eye primer & line sealer in natural/clear and it absolutely eliminated the purple on my under eyes. I added a bit of yellow concealer from Physician's Formula with my pinky and any trace that I stay up past 3am (Which I do most of the time) was gone. Also, I have many positive things to say about their duo eyeshadow creams. My family has extremely oily skin, and because of that most cream shadows crease or clump and are too heavy. I was amazed with e.l.f. cream shadows because they go on easily - I can use a brush, sponge, or even a finger - and are great when I'm in a hurry, and that's saying something. Even powder shadow creases a bit on me but this stuff, not once has it creased on me! I have three colors in them, and they all look wonderful, and the best part, they stay on. One last product I must talk about is their studio mattifying powder. I use it all the time, and while it goes on heavy it's easily blended and deletes redness and those big nasty pores. I love using it for pictures but there is one bad con. Whenever you have peely skin it highlights it and makes it look awful! Saying so, I think I'll have to stay away from mine for a bit and stick with my regular pressed powder until my sunburn peels wear off.
